Getting Live Isn'tJust Clicking Submit

Store policies change constantly, and one overlooked guideline means rejection, suspension, or a delayed launch. We handle the entire publishing process — account setup through policy compliance to approval.

  • Developer account setup — Play Console and Apple Developer
  • Policy audit before you submit, not damage control after rejection
  • We manage the back-and-forth with review teams
  • Post-approval monitoring for flags, suspensions and takedowns

A suspended developer account is far harder to recover than a rejected build. Most of this service is preventing that.

What We Handle

A to Z, Not Just Submit

01

Developer Account Setup

Google Play Console and Apple Developer accounts, set up and verified for you — including the identity and business verification steps that trip up first-timers.

02

Policy Compliance Audit

Reviewing your app or game against current Play Store and App Store policies before submission. Ad content rules, data safety declarations, IAP compliance, age ratings.

03

Store Listing Setup

Metadata, screenshots, descriptions, age ratings and content declarations — done properly the first time.

04

Submission & Approval

Full submission handled, with us managing any back-and-forth with the review teams until it's live.

05

Post-Approval Monitoring

Watching for policy-violation flags, suspensions or takedowns after launch — and resolving them quickly when they happen.

Why It Needs a Specialist

The Rules ChangeMore Often Than You Ship

Store guidelines are strict and updated frequently. Ad content rules, data safety declarations, IAP compliance and account-level policies all carry real risk if missed.

We track these changes because it's our job. For most teams it's the thing nobody owns until something breaks.

  • Data safety declarations — mismatches between what you declare and what your SDKs actually collect
  • Ad content policy — a network serving non-compliant creatives can get your app flagged
  • IAP compliance — routing payments outside the store, even accidentally
  • Account-level policy — the one that costs you the whole portfolio, not just one app
FAQ

Straight Answers

Whose name is the developer account in?

Yours. We set it up and manage it on your behalf, but the account and the apps belong to you — that's non-negotiable for your own protection.

Our app keeps getting rejected. Can you help?

Usually yes. Rejection reasons are often vague, and the actual cause is frequently something the notice doesn't name directly. Send us the rejection notice and the build.

Our account was suspended. Is that recoverable?

Sometimes — it depends on the violation. We handle appeals, but be aware that account-level suspensions are much harder to reverse than app rejections, and no one can guarantee reinstatement.

Which platforms do you publish to?

Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Amazon Appstore. For browser and portal distribution see WebGL.

How long does approval take?

Review times vary by platform and change often. What we can control is not being rejected for something avoidable — which is where most of the delay actually comes from.
