MVP or Full Build?

Ship Small,Then Ship Right

Most first-time founders overbuild. They spend the whole budget on features nobody asked for, then have nothing left to iterate with once real users arrive.

We'll usually push you toward a smaller first release — enough to test the core assumption with real users, with the architecture already able to carry the full product.

  • MVP: one core loop, real users, fast. Built so it can grow rather than be thrown away.
  • Full build: when the model is already validated and speed to a complete product matters more.
  • Either way: the architecture decisions are made for the full product from day one.
FAQ

Straight Answers

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) is usually faster and cheaper for standard apps. Native wins when you need heavy device APIs, top-tier performance, or platform-specific UX. We recommend based on your app, not our preference.

Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?

Yes, including account setup and policy compliance review before submitting. See Publishing.

Who owns the code?

You do — code, design assets and IP, contractually.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Yes, after a code review. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than inheriting the existing codebase, and we'll tell you that.

What about backend and hosting?

We build the API and backend too, and can set up hosting, or work with infrastructure you already have.
