This Privacy Policy explains how Factorial Studio Private Limited (“Factorial Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use:

• Our mobile games and apps, including but not limited to titles published under our developer accounts (collectively, the “Apps”).

By installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Data We Collect

1.1 Non-Personal Data

We may collect data that does not identify you personally, such as:

• Gameplay statistics and actions

• In-game events and progress

• Device type, OS version, language, and general location (country/region)

• App version and performance data (crashes, errors, loading time, etc.)

This data is mainly used for analytics, optimization, and improving user experience.

1.2 Personal Data

“Personal Data” means information that can identify you directly or indirectly (for example, an email address or an advertising identifier).

Depending on the App and how you use it, we may collect:

(a) Device & Usage Information (automatically collected)

• Device model, operating system and version

• IP address

• Language and country-level location

• Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID, IDFA)

• In-game actions, session length, features used

• Ad interactions (views, clicks, installs from ads)

(b) Identifiers and Account Data (if applicable)

• Username or display name

• Email address (if you register, sign up for newsletters, or contact us)

• A randomly generated user ID for your game profile

(c) Customer Support

When you contact us (e.g., via email or in-App support), we may process:

• Your name (if provided)

• Email address

• Details of your request and any other information you voluntarily provide

(d) In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Purchase history (type of item or subscription, date, country)

• We do not receive or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment providers, according to their own terms and privacy policies.

(e) Microphone and Camera (only in some Apps)

Some Apps may request access to the microphone or camera for features such as:

• Voice chat between players

• Augmented Reality (AR) features

• In-game recording or sharing gameplay

Where these features exist:

• They are optional and require your device-level permission.

• We do not store or share your audio/video content unless clearly stated and you consent (e.g., when you upload/share content yourself).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

1. To operate and provide the Apps

   • Save and sync your game progress

   • Maintain your user profile and allow play across multiple devices

   • Support in-App features such as leaderboards, events, and in-game rewards

2. To improve and personalize the Apps

   • Optimize difficulty, features, and content

   • Show relevant in-game content or offers

3. Advertising & User Acquisition

   • Show ads in our Apps (including rewarded ads, banner ads, and interstitial ads)

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

   • Manage “No Ads” purchases (where available)

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 16 in the EEA/UK and under 13 in other regions, unless specifically labelled and configured as child-directed in accordance with local laws and platform policies.

• We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the applicable age.

• If you believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.

For Apps that participate in special “family” or kids programs, we follow the additional rules required by those programs and local regulations (e.g., COPPA where applicable).

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information in the following limited situations:

   With trusted third parties that help us operate the Apps, such as:

   • Cloud hosting providers

   • Analytics and attribution partners

3. Business Transfers
   If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that business process. The new entity will continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy (or a successor policy that offers at least the same level of protection).

We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties for money.

6.1 How to Delete Your Game Data

If you no longer want us to process data related to our games, you can:

1. Uninstall the game from your device

   • This removes local game data (such as progress stored on the device) and stops the game from collecting new data.

2. Reset or limit your Advertising ID on your device

   • On Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID and/or Opt out of Ads Personalization

   • On iOS: go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and adjust tracking preferences

3. Contact us to request deletion of your data

   • Email us at contact@factorialstudio.com with the subject line
     “Data Deletion Request – [Game Name]”

   • Include your country, platform (Google Play / iOS), and device type.

   • Where technically possible, we will delete or anonymize data linked to your device or identifiers and, if applicable, forward the request to certain third-party providers (ads/analytics) as required by their policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide and maintain the Apps

• Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy

• Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.
You may also request deletion of your Personal Data (see “Your Rights” below).

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.

• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Deletion: Ask us to delete your Personal Data (subject to legal obligations).

• Restriction: Request that we restrict certain processing.

9. Managing Ads & Tracking

You can control personalized advertising and tracking in several ways:

• Android:
  Open Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (or similar, depending on OS version).

• iOS:
  Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and adjust app permissions.

• In-App Settings (if available):
  Some Apps may include a privacy or settings section where you can change ad or analytics preferences.

Note: You will still see ads after opting out, but they may be less relevant.

10. “No Ads” Feature & Subscriptions (Where Available)

Some of our Apps may offer:

10.1 “No Ads” Purchase

• Removes interruptive ads (e.g., automatic interstitials).

• Does not remove rewarded ads that you choose to watch voluntarily for in-game rewards.

10.2 Subscriptions & Free Trials

• Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, etc.) may include premium content or features.

• Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple App Store and auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time.

• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

10.3 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time from your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate subscriptions if:

• You violate our Terms of Use

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also take care when sharing any information online.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws.

Where required by law, we take appropriate steps (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards) to ensure your data is protected.

13. Business Transfers & “Do Not Sell” Request

We do not sell your Personal Data for monetary compensation.
