Team

The Growth & Publishing Team at Factorial Studio is responsible for acquiring quality users, improving store performance, and maximizing revenue across our portfolio.
The team works closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure that every decision is backed by data and aligned with business goals.

As part of this team, you will have a direct impact on product growth and profitability.

Role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist / Manager with experience in ASO, User Acquisition, or Monetization.
Depending on your strengths, you will take ownership of one or more areas while collaborating closely with the wider growth team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the mobile publishing ecosystem and enjoys experimenting, analyzing, and scaling what works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute ASO strategies to improve store visibility and conversion
  • Manage and optimize User Acquisition campaigns across ad networks
  • Monitor and improve monetization performance (IAPs, ads, LTV, ARPU)
  • Analyze KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion, and revenue
  • Run A/B tests on store listings, creatives, and monetization setups
  • Work with creative teams to improve ad and store performance
  • Research competitors, market trends, and best practices
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve overall growth

Profile

Must-have:

  • Experience in ASO, UA, or Monetization for mobile apps or games
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data
  • Understanding of mobile publishing KPIs and funnels
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Interest in mobile games and app publishing

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools
  • Hands-on knowledge of ad networks and mediation platforms
  • Experience with subscription or hybrid monetization models
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
