The Creative & Video Ads Team works closely with Growth, ASO, and Game Development teams to produce high-performing ad content.
We transform in-game moments into videos, playable ads, and interactive formats that attract and retain quality users.
You will collaborate with designers, animators, and growth specialists to deliver creative assets optimized for performance.
Role
We are looking for a Video Ads Artist who can craft visually appealing, high-performing video ads for mobile games and apps.
This role combines creativity, technical skill, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create video ads for mobile games (static, animated, or playable)
- Edit gameplay footage into polished, engaging ad content
- Work with creative and growth teams to optimize ads for performance
- Produce assets for different ad networks and formats
- Iterate creatives based on A/B testing and performance data
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all ads
- Research competitor ads and market trends
Profile
Must-have:
- Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Understanding of mobile games and what drives engagement
- Ability to translate gameplay into compelling ad content
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
- Interest in mobile gaming and advertising
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with playable ads or interactive video content
- Knowledge of ad network requirements and formats
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Basic graphic design or animation skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to handle feedback
