Team
The Creative Team at Factorial Studio works at the intersection of design, marketing, and product.
The team collaborates closely with game developers, growth managers, and UA teams to produce creatives that are not only visually appealing but also performance-driven.
From in-game UI to ad creatives and post-production assets, the team is involved across the full creative pipeline.
Role
We are looking for a Creative Artist with experience in CG, UI/UX, and post-production for mobile games and applications.
In this role, you will contribute to in-game visuals, marketing creatives, and user experience improvements, with a strong focus on quality and iteration.
You will work on both game and app projects, supporting growth, branding, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create UI/UX assets for mobile games and apps
- Create CG, 2D/3D visuals, and in-game art assets
- Produce and edit creatives for ads (videos, statics, playable support assets)
- Handle post-production including video editing, motion, and optimization
- Collaborate with UA and Growth teams on performance-driven creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across products and campaigns
- Iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback
- Research competitors and creative trends in mobile gaming
Profile
Must-have:
- Experience in UI/UX design, CG, or creative production
- Strong skills in relevant design and editing tools
(e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Blender, or similar) - Understanding of mobile game/app design principles
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Interest in mobile games and apps
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with mobile ad creatives and performance marketing
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animations
- Understanding of playable ads or game pipelines
- Familiarity with A/B testing creatives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
