Team
The Game Development Team at Factorial Studio is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile games from concept to live operations.
The team works closely with designers, artists, QA, and growth teams to ensure smooth gameplay, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
As part of the team, you will contribute directly to gameplay systems, core mechanics, and technical improvements.
Role
We are looking for a Game Developer with a strong passion for mobile games.
In this role, you will work on developing, optimizing, and maintaining mobile games, with a strong preference for Unity developers.
You will be involved in both new game development and live projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile games using Unity (C#)
- Implement gameplay mechanics, UI, and core systems
- Optimize performance, memory usage, and stability
- Integrate SDKs such as analytics, ads, and in-app purchases
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring ideas to life
- Debug issues and improve existing game features
- Participate in feature planning, testing, and iteration cycles
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and best practices
Profile
Must-have:
- Experience in mobile game development
- Strong knowledge of Unity and C# (preferred)
- Understanding of game architecture and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Passion for mobile games
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with live games and updates
- Knowledge of Android and iOS build processes
- Familiarity with third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, attribution)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Basic understanding of game monetization and UA impact
