Team
The Growth Team at Factorial Studio plays a key role in scaling our games and apps across multiple markets.
The team works closely with UA, ASO, monetization, creatives, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into measurable results.
As part of this team, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to improve performance across the full funnel — from acquisition to retention and revenue.
Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager who is passionate about scaling mobile games and apps through data, testing, and smart execution.
In this role, you will take ownership of growth initiatives, work on performance improvement, and help shape the long-term growth strategy of our products.
You will be part of a fast-moving environment where ideas are tested quickly and results matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth strategies for mobile games and applications
- Work closely with User Acquisition, ASO, and Monetization teams
- Analyze product, marketing, and user data to identify growth opportunities
- Design and manage A/B tests across creatives, store listings, and in-app flows
- Monitor KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with creative and development teams to implement improvements
- Research competitors and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Share learnings and insights to improve future performance
Profile
Must-have:
- Strong understanding of mobile games and app growth fundamentals
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Knowledge of user acquisition, ASO, and monetization basics
- Ability to turn data into clear actions and decisions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Interest in mobile gaming and app publishing
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with growth tools, analytics platforms, or attribution tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
- Background in performance marketing or product growth
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
